HVDsim
HVDsim
HVDsim is an interactive business simulation platform designed to help users understand the dynamics of modern markets, corporate decision-making, and economic systems.
The platform was founded with a clear mission: to lower the barriers of elite business education.
Traditional case-based and simulation-driven business training—often associated with institutions such as Harvard Business School—has historically been accessible only to a small number of students within elite academic environments. HVDsim seeks to make this style of experiential business education accessible to a much wider audience, allowing ordinary learners to explore complex business decision-making at minimal cost.
In this latest version, HVDsim has integrated Gemini 2.5 Flash AI, enabling users to receive real-time strategic insights and analysis during the simulation process.
All AI features are currently available to users for free, allowing everyone to explore AI-assisted decision making in a simulated business environment.
This version significantly expands the complexity of the simulation model. In addition to traditional business variables such as production, cost, market demand, and return on equity (ROE), the system now introduces several new economic and institutional factors:
Corruption
Learning Rate
ESG Rating
Investment System
With these additions, HVDsim evolves from a basic business simulator into a multi-dimensional economic learning environment, reflecting interactions between corporate strategy, institutional factors, and financial markets.

Participants using the simulation platform have successfully:
Advanced to the Global Round of the BPC
Received the BPC National U20 CEO Individual Award in the same competition
Qualified for the Global Round of the National Economics Challenge (NEC)
These outcomes demonstrate the potential of simulation-based learning combined with AI-assisted analysis in helping students better understand real-world economic decision-making and business strategy.
HVDsim continues to evolve with the goal of providing accessible, practical, and intellectually rigorous business education tools for students worldwide.
